This recipe kind of reminds me of bunnies, which reminds me of Easter, which is literally right around the corner. Bunnies eat cabbage right? Well whatever, this recipe is super easy, yummy and healthy. I make this at least once a week. It works great as a side, acts as a stand in to noodles, and also works as an add on to a salad or sandwich... so many possibilities. Check out the recipe here. Enjoy!
