AA (hypothetical) Rebrand

so did you catch the article in Fast Company about the controversial hypothetical rebranding to "save" American Airlines. In a nutshell Anna Kovecses  won $1,000 in an experimental identity aiming to help AA reinvent itself after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2011.

I am really into this stripped down look (my husband thinks it looks like a student project...i politely disagreed) very retro. In fact i took a gander at Anna's full portfolio and it all has a very similar retro aesthetic.
