Okay, so I am making an oath to myself and to you that I will only post recipes that literally rock my world. That said...this recipe here is going to blow your freakin' mind. I am a vegetarian, my husband is NOT. With a household of dueling palettes, finding veggie recipes that satisfy us both (more him) is sometimes a difficult task. But this recipe is most definitely meat lover approved!
